Clean Monday Lunch

Clean Monday lunch was a very homely affair. Other than a bag of mixed seafood from the depths of the freezer and some pasta from the cupboard I did not go to buy anything from the shops this year!

we shared:

Home made lagana

Falafel made with chick peas, carrot and coriander.  Spinach pies made from fennel and greens freshly picked from the garden

lettuce salad with lettuce and spring onions from the garden 

Mixed seafood with butterfly pasta, garlic and white wine

and finally home made walnut Halva

Now hoping that the weather will clear up enough for kite flying and the Kaina Camel festival later this afternoon
