Cooking

The garden is yielding up its bounty. Everything is ripening and it is lovely to be able to cook produce straight out of the garden. Herbs, fruit, vegetables, fresh eggs from our chickens and.. ( avert your eyes if you are vegetarian)... meat from our rabbits and chickens. It was a busy week last week as we gave two cooking classes and a meal for 12 people. I made a cherry tomato tart tatin and it went so fast I did not even have time to taste it let alone photograph it!

Parsley, rosemary, mint, celery and basil
