Georgioupolis Festival of Cretan Produce
Last night we visited the festival of Cretan produce at the harbour in Georgioupolis. This is the first of an annual event showcasing local produce. It is taking place until 31st August At the harbour in Georgioupolis each evening from 7-11 The youngsters with a display of Cretan dancing Live Cretan music Now for the yummy stuff. Lots of opportunities to taste and sample produce This kiosk is selling various types of nuts covered with honey and other delicious coatings.
